制定基础技术发展路线图:建议由国家相关部门牵头,联合产业联盟和创新主体,制定替代蛋白产业基础技术发展路线图,聚焦于新型底盘微生物、高效蛋白表达系统、无血清培养基以及细胞大规模培养技术等平台型技术。通过定向支持,引导资源向前瞻性和基础性研究倾斜,弥补在技术源头创新上的不足[37]。例如,在精准发酵蛋白领域,可重点支持具有自主知识产权的高效表达体系的构建,减少对国外已有核心专利的路径依赖。
