2. The publishing fee is free for papers published in 2020-2022. From 2023, the publishing fee is charged according to the number of layout pages. The standard of publishing fee is followed:

4. Please prepare your manuscript according to the requirements of “Templates”, "Preparation of review articles", "Style of writing for article abstract", "Drawing style" and " Reference Format", etc..
5. Please click the "Author login " button to submit your manuscript.
6. Please upload the “Copyright Authorization Agreement” signed by all authors when submitting your manuscript, otherwise it will not be processed.
7. Generally, the emails from the editorial office are only sent to the “contact person” marked in the manuscript processing system, who may be inconsistent with the corresponding author in the manuscript. To avoid unexpected effects on manuscript processing, please make sure the contact person is the one who is responsible for the manuscript processing.
8. The authors and affiliations cannot be changed after the final manuscript is accepted.
