Annual subscription rate is US $100 (6 issues). Air mail extra charge is US $50 per year.
Order Form
Subscriptions are accepted on a prepaid basis only, and delivery will take place after receipt of payment. Subscriptions are on a calendar year basis (January-December), and expire with the last issue of the last volume listed. Requests for subscriptions should be sent to the editorial department. Private subscribers should declare that the subscription is for their personal use only and that it will not be put at the disposal of any library.
