工作站由上位控制计算机发送指令,控制基于PLC的主控电气电子电路,完成对各个作动部件的控制。各传感器信号数据经由PLC接口,回传至上位控制计算机。另外,部分部件经由计算机串口进行连接和控制。其电气控制系统原理图如图3所示。
